PROGRESS REPORTS
CENTRAL SUMMERLIN — NEW LOCATION
There may be a couple of large box vacant buildings for sale in Summerlin (the former JC Penney building, for example) that could prove to be suitable for our Central Summerlin location. We have a local real estate investment company looking on our behalf. We also have the blueprint of a tax-advantaged investment strategy to work with a potential investment group as a potential strategic pathway to a property acquisition, buildout, lease, and subsequent donation of the completed project to Central Church.
CENTRAL SOUTHERN HIGHLANDS — NEW LOCATION
The current Southern Highlands lease goes through August 2021 and includes an option for an additional year exercisable prior to February 2021.
CENTRAL KINGMAN — NEW LOCATION
The current Kingman building lease goes through December 2020. Given the near-term nature of this date, we will likely negotiate a renewal of the lease with the landlord.
